Relief
Relief, a dry powder made from the three gingers, stable at ambient temperatures, taken after meals and used in food preparation.
How do I take Relief?
Experience has shown Relief is best taken after breakfast and after dinner at an amount related to your body weight: ½ level teaspoon for 60Kg twice a day, and proportionally less or more depending on your weight. The level can be increased up to a level teaspoon after 3 meals for 60Kg body weight for more serious conditions. It is taken in water or a juice.

Bake Aid
Bake Aid, a dry, stable powder made from Relief with the enzyme activity reduced with the addition or rice flour to make it efficient to sieve uniformly through cereal or legume grain flour. It is also used in general food preparation. It is far less spicy than Relief.
Add ¼ tspn bake aid to each cup flour and sift 3 times, then proceed as normal.
WARNING: bake aid reduces the level of ‘gluten’ and the risk of an adverse reaction, but it DOES NOT MAKE THE FOOD ‘GLUTEN FREE’. ‘Sensitive’ people may well experience adverse reactions from the wheat or other flour.

DigestEasy
DigestEasy Powder
A concentrated form of DigestEasy is freeze dried to give DigestEasy Powder that is stable at ambient temperatures. It too is not so spicy as Relief.
How do I take DigestEasy Powder? The pack has 4 sachets of 4g Powder. One sachet is added to water to make up to 250mL in a clean bottle, which is stored in the refrigerator for up to 30 days or stored frozen for up to 3 years. Drink 0.5mL per 3Kg body weight morning and night after meals. In some circumstances, drink 1mL per 3Kg three times (x3) a day after meals. It can be taken with a small volume of juice.
Ingredients: Dry powder of an aqueous extract of Biohawk’s special blend of ginger spices from the family Zingiberaceae.

Relief Green Tea

Each Relief Green Tea bag is equivalent to 1/2 daily dose of Relief.
How do I make Relief Green Tea? It is most important that the Relief in the tea is not exposed to a water temperature greater than 67˚C. Infuse tea for no more than 2 minutes at about 67˚C. Water from a digital kettle set at 70˚C will be under 67˚C after it is poured into a cup prior to inserting a tea bag, or boiling water can be added to a cup and about 30% cold water from a tap added prior to inserting a tea bag.

Pine Crush – a Natural Digestion Aid
Pine Crush, a dry powder, is a freeze-dried liquid extract, stable at ambient temperatures but hydroscopic and the pack must be kept sealed. The powder is dissolved in water and made up to 250mL. It is taken when required to remove a carbohydrate coating from a proline-rich protein to aid in the digestion of such proteins using the Biohawk ginger products.
How do I take Pine Crush? Pine Crush solution made from dissolving the powder in water and making the solution up to 250mL (store refrigerated). The levels taken are ½ teaspoon for an infant under 10Kg, 1 teaspoon for a child under 30Kg, and 2 teaspoons (a dessertspoon) usually twice a day prior to meals, increased to 3 times a day for serious conditions.
Ingredients: dry powder of a pineapple juice.

The oils and proteins of the Biohawk blend of Zingiberaceae rhizomes are valued for their ability to replenish skin and to repair damage from the sun. The products are made from natural plant oils, juices and extracts, with emu oil where necessary for transdermal penetration.
Skin Rejuvenator – aloe & spice
Application: rejuvenates skin and smooths wrinkles; use it as a day & night cream to gain benefit from the natural aloe, apricot oil, avocado oil and the special blend of gingers.
